I wanted to do this review for some time now, but I didn't have the chance. When I visited my local Dollar Tree store, at the makeup section, I saw this super cute lipsticks. I have never tried makeup from this brand, only nail polish, but I new I had to have some of this cute lipsticks, and even if they were a total junk, I would only spend 1$ on each color.
So here is my opinion on them & swatches:
First of all I love the packaging & I'm all for pretty packaging, I love that they're white with that ''lipstick'' pink accent on them. I chose 4 shades, those I liked the most & I got: Satin, Coral Sheen, Nectarine & Bright Pink.
Satin - the color is a beigy peach with gold shimmer it, with a slight frost finish, moisturizing, kinda reminds me of summer & sun rays. Doesn't last too much on my lips and it doesn't show off with my skin tone, I also don't like the smell..it smells like chemicals mixed with perfume...strange
Coral Sheen - the color is a orange with pink undertone, has a little bit of shimmering shine in it. It's such a pretty color and it's one of my favorite. The same thing about the smell. All smell the same...bad :(
Nectarine - the color is an orange, pigmented, almost a matte one but still has a little bit of shimmer in it, but i like the shiny finish.
Bright Pink - the color is a very beautiful bright pink with shiny finish. This one doesn't have any shimmer in it and it definitely my favorite. It's pigmented & this one & Nectarine, last long on my lips than the others.
The verdict: If you don't like strange smells, this are not for you, but if you are curious they definitely worth 1$. They're pigmented & moisturizing, the packaging is really really cute, and as a DIY moment, if you don't like the smell you can use them as decorations on your vanity cuz they have this clean si expensive look.
I would have loved to see more of shiny & matte colors. I would recommend them and I definitely re-buy the bright pink one.
I give them:
